1️⃣ MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES

*All Fees due at time of service. Travel fees calculated by distance from Downtown Birmingham, Alabama

Notarial Act (State-Regulated):
• $10 per signature

Travel Fee:
• 0–10 miles: $35
• 11–20 miles: $45
• 20+ miles: $60

Add-ons:
• After-hours (after 7 PM): + $15
• Weekend appointments: + $15
• Wait time after 10 minutes: $1/min

2️⃣ REMOTE NOTARY SERVICES (RON)

• $10 per notarization
• Platform/technology fee passed to signer
• After-hours: + $10

3️⃣ LOAN SIGNING SERVICES

• Seller Package: $100
• Buyer Package: $125
• Refinance Package: $150
• Scanbacks: + $25
• Travel outside 20 miles: + $20

4️⃣ APOSTILLE SERVICES

Document Prep & Guidance:
• $25

Full Apostille Service:
• $125 per document
Includes document review, form preparation, submission to the Alabama Secretary of State, tracking, updates, and return delivery.

Additional Costs (Paid by Client):
• Alabama Secretary of State fee (typically $5 per apostille)
• Courier/shipping fees
• International mailing (if required)

* Note: Each Document requiring its own apostille is billed separately

5️⃣ WEDDING OFFICIANT SERVICES

All officiant services include signing and filing your marriage license

Marriage License Signing Only:
• $50 + travel fee

Full Ceremony Officiating:
• $125
• Rehearsal (optional): + $50
• Custom Script (optional): + $25

6️⃣ FIELD INSPECTION SERVICES

All services are performed as an independent inspector for lenders, insurance companies, or property managers.

• Exterior / Drive-by Inspection: $30
• Occupancy Check: $30
• Interior Inspection: $60
• Rush Order: + $10

7️⃣ REMOTE TESTIMONY / REMOTE WITNESS SERVICES

• Base Session (up to 20 minutes- sessions typically last 10-20 minutes): $45
• Additional Time: $1.50/min
• After-hours / Weekend: + $15
• Notarization after testimony: + $10 per act

* Note: Court-required notarizations after testimony are billed separately

8️⃣ PERMIT RUNNER SERVICES

• Standard Permit Run ( Includes one location, one submission): $50
• Complex or Multi-stop Run (Multiple offices, revisions, or multiple permit types): $100

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

• Printing over 10 pages: $0.25/page
